The main downtown shopping is located in Colborne, the heart of Cramahe. Colborne had one of the widest downtown streets in the county with many different and unique shops located along it. Many restaurants can also be found in downtown Colborne, each offering their own flavour and specialties.

Closer to Highway 401 is another hot spot for investments. Development is concentrated in and around the Industrial Park and the intersection of Purdy/Orchard Road and County Road 25. With visibility from the 401 and the Big Apple bringing in thousands of visitors each year, this area is in high demand for new development.  Please see the Township's Industrial Park page for more information.
